Avema has been helping hundreds of corporations with their telecommunications costs and processes since 1995. After years of significantly reducing their clients' telecom expenses with a robust cost optimization software, they decided it was time for a fresh new user experience and information architecture. We started by conducting interviews with AVEMA's users to get some impressions of which features were being utilized the most and how that experience could be improved. Users of the software typically spend 5 hours a day within the interface so we managed to improve/simplify the workflow while elegantly highlighting the software's advanced features.
